Background: Previous studies demonstrated the effects of Intestinal microbiota composition on physiologic and pathologic processes in liver. Our aim was to study effect intestinal process liver regeneration (LR) using a model fecal transplantation (FMT) prior partial hepatectomy (PH). Methods: We used 70% PH mice induce LR. LR assessed mouse weight ratio, KI67 staining, RT-PCR for Cyclin D1. microbiome manipulated by aggressive antibiotic treatment followed FMT.
